Many adults long for deeper, more meaningful friendships, yet find themselves feeling uncertain, disconnected, guarded, or afraid of vulnerability and rejection. This group is intended to offer a supportive space for thoughtful, growth-oriented individuals to explore the relational patterns, fears, and experiences that can arise within friendship and community.
Together, we cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional attunement, communication, and relational confidence through shared reflection, experiential connection, and compassionate exploration. Rooted in an understanding of attachment, nervous system regulation, and conscious relationship, this group is designed to support participants in building more authentic, nourishing, and connected relationships—with both themselves and others.
Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this process group!
Rooted in the spirit of Bhakti—the path of devotion, presence, and loving connection—these gatherings are intended to create space for humans seeking deeper universal truths to receive spiritual nourishment, build authentic community, and participate in shared reflection within a supportive, inclusive environment.
Together, we slow down, reconnect inwardly, and explore practices that cultivate greater awareness, compassion, belonging, and connection with what feels sacred and meaningful in our lives. Through the Bhakti lens, this is a practice of softening the heart, remembering our interconnectedness, and deepening our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the Divine.
Gatherings are free of charge and may include breath work, mantra meditation, devotional music and sound, conscious movement, contemplative dialogue rooted in sacred wisdom, and communal sharing in sanctified food.
