Sometimes, the ways we've learned to navigate life can pull us further away from ourselves. Our inner world doesn't exist in isolation. It is shaped by the relationships, experiences, and environments we move through. When something feels out of sync within you, your relationships, or your life, it may be your inner ecology asking for attention and care.
I support individuals in slowing down and turning toward their inner and relational worlds with curiosity and nonjudgement. Together, we explore the experiences that have shaped you, the patterns that emerged along the way, and what might become possible as you heal and grow.
I believe meaningful change unfolds gradually, through moments of awareness, relationship, and compassionate presence that build upon one another. While I hold deep respect for the healing process, I don't believe we need to take ourselves quite so seriously all the time. There is often wisdom to be found in both our struggles and our humanity.
